Article 63 (Keeping of Books and Entry Therein)

1) A manufacturer, dealer, renter, or installer of an explosives storage facility or explosives user shall prepare and keep books and enter necessary matters therein as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

2) A person permitted to possess a gun shall keep a book and enter necessary matters therein, and produce it if relevant public official makes a request.
