Transmisión del Arma de Uso Civil

Articulo 100 - Cuando el enajenante de un arma de uso civil fuere un particular, deberá presentarse juntamente con el adquirente ante la autoridad local de fiscalización de su domicilio, munido de la correspondiente "Autorización de Tenencia" y del formulario previsto en el Anexo "A" de la reglamentación por triplicado.

Transfer of Firearms for Civil Use

Article 100 - When the transferor of a firearm for civilian use is an individual, he must present himself, along with the transferee, to the local competent authority of his place of residence, with the corresponding 'Possession Authorisation' and the form provided for in Annex A of the regulation (in 3 copies).
