46. Places where Firearms are prohibited

(1) Carrying firearms is prohibited in the following public places:

(a) place of worship;
(b) hospitals and health centres;
(c) markets or public gathering places;
(d) schools and other institutions of learning;
(e) night clubs, bars and restaurants; and
(f) courts of law and public attorneys' offices.

(2) The Minister may prohibit the carrying of firearms in certain places for certain periods of time.
