Act on the Manufacture, Import, Export, Trade and Possession of Arms, Ammunition, Explosives and Accessories
Article 1. Object
The present Act regulates the manufacture, import, export, trade, storage and ownership of firearms, ammunition, explosives and accessories, raw materials for the production of explosives and accessories to satisfy the necessities of Institutions, Public bodies, and in general to satisfy the necessities of natural and legal persons.
[Editor's Note: After reviewing available legislation and other source documents, GunPolicy.org found no evidence of a provision in law to regulate this aspect of firearm policy. As some authorities enforce restrictions only in practice, the mere absence of a published legal provision should be treated with caution]
