Entrega voluntária de armas de fogo

Artigo 32. Os possuidores e proprietários de arma de fogo poderão entregá-la, espontaneamente, mediante recibo, e, presumindo-se de boa-fé, serão indenizados, na forma do regulamento, ficando extinta a punibilidade de eventual posse irregular da referida arma (Redação dada pela Lei nº 11.706, de 2008).

Voluntary Surrender of Firearms

Article 32. Holders and owners of firearm may hand them over spontaneously, and upon receipt, assuming good faith, shall be compensated in accordance with regulations, remaining immune from punishment for the irregular possession of the aforementioned firearm (Amended by Act No. 11.706, of 2008).
