Artigo 14. Portar, deter, adquirir, fornecer, receber, ter em depósito, transportar, ceder, ainda que gratuitamente, emprestar, remeter, empregar, manter sob guarda ou ocultar arma de fogo, acessório ou munição, de uso permitido, sem autorização e em desacordo com determinação legal ou regulamentar:

Pena - reclusão, de 2 (dois) a 4 (quatro) anos, e multa.

Parágrafo único. O crime previsto neste artigo é inafiançável, salvo quando a arma de fogo estiver registrada em nome do agente.

Illegal Carrying of Firearms for Permitted1 Use

Article 14. Carrying, possessing, acquiring, providing, receiving, storing, transporting, transferring – even if free of charge, lending, remitting, employing, keeping in custody or concealing firearms, accessories or ammunition for permitted use without authorisation and in violation of legal or regulatory norms:

Penalty – prison term from two (2) to four (4) years, plus a fine.

Sole paragraph. The crime described in this article is not subject to bail, unless the firearm is registered in the name of the agent.
