Artigo 59. O exportador de armas de fogo, munições ou demais produtos controlados deverá apresentar como prova da venda ou transferência do produto, um dos seguintes documentos:

I. Licença de Importação (LI), expedida por autoridade competente do país de destino; ou

II. Certificado de Usuário Final (End User), expedido por autoridade competente do país de destino, quando for o caso.

End-User Certificates

Article 59. An exporter of firearms, ammunition and other controlled goods must present one of the following documents as proof of sale or transfer of the product:

I. The Import License (LI), issued by the competent authority of the country of destination; or
II. The End User Certificate (End User), issued by the competent authority of the country of destination, if applicable.
