Penal Code

The Penal Code criminalises the production, supply, acquisition, possession, or transportation, without a license, of explosive substances or devices, toxic or asphyxiating gas, or material for their production.(2) The punishment for violation of this provision consists of six months to two years of detention(3) and a fine.
