Cuando una persona física o jurídica que no se dedica de forma habitual a la venta de armas venda un arma de fuego, debe reportar al Departamento mediante el formulario disponible en el Sistema dicha venta inmediatamente después de concretarla.

Article 29. Firearms Sales Report.

Whenever an individual or legal person, who does not regularly sell firearms, sells one, he must report the sale to the Department through a form available in the System immediately after the sale took place.
