El Consejo Superior en sesión Nº 104-10 celebrada el 25 de noviembre de 2010, artículo XLV, dispuso comunicarles que cuando resuelvan una causa que contiene armas en custodia del Arsenal Nacional deben acatar la directriz descrita en la Circular N° 154 10, publicada en el Boletín Judicial N° 229 del 25 de noviembre de este año, es decir, que si se determina que se puede disponer del bien en el acto, definan su destino, ya sea devolverlo, donarlo o destruirlo.

Circular N° 214-2014: Reiteration of Circular N° 6-11, on the "Management of Firearms Under Custody of the National Arsenal"

The Superior Council in its session No. 104-10, which took place on November 25, 2010, article LVX, decided that in the event of a penal ruling that deals with firearms under custody of the National Arsenal, the directive described in Circular No. 154 10, published in the Judicial Bulletin N° 229 of November 25 of this year, must be followed, that is, if it is concluded that the goods can be disposed of, their destiny must be decided, regardless of whether this implies returning them, donating them or destroying them.
