Article 11

1. Where in this act reference is made to a written authorization without further indication, this shall be understood to mean the two types, as intended in the preceding article1 under 7 [import or transit licence], while the special written authorization shall be referred to as firearms licence in continuation.

2. A general written authorization may only be issued to weapons dealers as such.
