Section 4. Section 11 amended
Section 111 of the principal Ordinance [Firearms Ordinance, Chapter 126, 1957] is amended by:
(a) replacing subsection (2) with the following:
"(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable,
(a) on summary conviction to a fine of not less than fifty thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term of not less than five years or both; or
(b) on conviction on indictment to a fine of not less than eighty thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term of not less than eight years or both."…
(4) A firearm which is kept, imported, carried or used in contravention of subsection (1) is liable to be forfeited to the Crown."
