Los comerciantes únicamente podrán vender a particulares:

a) Hasta 500 cartuchos calibre 22.

b) Hasta 1,000 cartuchos para escopeta o de otros que se carguen con munición, nuevos o recargados, aunque sean de diferentes calibres.

c) Hasta 5 kilogramos de pólvora deportiva para recargar, enlatada o en cuñetes, y 1,000 piezas de cada uno de los elementos constitutivos de cartuchos para escopeta, o 100 balas o elementos constitutivos para cartuchos de las otras armas permitidas.

d) Hasta 200 cartuchos como máximo, para las otras armas permitidas.

El Reglamento de esta Ley, señalará los plazos para efectuar nuevas ventas a una misma persona.

Article 50

Dealers may only sell to individuals the following [quantities]:

a) Up to 500 cartridges of .22 calibre.

b) Up to 1,000 cartridges for shotguns or other weapons that are loaded with ammunition, new or reloaded, even if different calibres.

c) Up to 5 kilos of sports powder to reload ammunition, in cans or kegs, and 1,000 pieces of each constitutive element of shotgun cartridges, or 100 bullets or constitutive elements of cartridges of other permitted firearms.

d) A maximum of 200 cartridges for other permitted firearms.

The Regulation of this Act shall outline the necessary waiting period before new sales [of ammunition] to the same person.
