Articulo 146. Plan de Seguridad General para Armas y Explosivos

Es obligación de los comerciantes, importadores, exportadores y fabricantes de armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados, establecer medidas permanentes de protección para situaciones de emergencias que consiste en un plan de seguridad general del lugar, junto con normas amplias para el lugar de almacenamiento. Este plan se presentará a la autoridad de aplicación de la ley para su aprobación y deberá actualizarse de forma anual o siempre que se modifiquen sustancialmente las condiciones de las sedes o lugares de operación de los licenciatarios.

Article 146. General Security Plan for Firearms and Explosives

All dealers, importers, exporters and manufacturers of firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials must establish permanent security measures for emergency situations, which must include a general security plan for the premises, together with other more detailed norms for the storage place. Such plan shall be shown to the authority in charge of implementation of the law for its approval and must be updated annually or whenever the features of the premises or the workplace of the licencees are modified significantly.
