Articulo 76. Libro de Registro para Armería

Las armerías y talleres de rellenado de cartucho, deben de llevar un libro de registro que será autorizado por el Registro Nacional, en el cual se debe hacer constar las generales de los usuarios, fecha de uso, cédula de identidad, número de licencia, características del arma, municiones recibidas y firma del usuario.

Articulo 77. Control de Inventario

A los efectos del artículo 711 de la Ley, las armerías y talleres de rellenado deberán hacer constar en los libros de registro autorizados, las compras de partes y materiales efectuadas para la realización de sus actividades, la utilización detallada de los mismos y el saldo en existencia.

Article 76. Gunshop [Armoury] Records

Gunshops [armouries] and workshops involved in the reloading of cartridges must maintain a register authorised by the National Registry, which shall show the general information on customers, date of use, identity card, licence number, characteristics of the received firearm, ammunition and customer's signature.

Article 77. Inventory Control

For the purposes of Article 711 of the Act, gunshops [armouries] and workshops involved in the reloading of cartridges must record in their authorised registers the purchases of parts and materials made for the conduct of their activities, the detailed use of the latter and the current balance.
