Articulo 50. Licencia para Armas de Fuego de Caza y Tiro Deportivo

Además de la licencia comercial a que se refiere el artículo anterior, cada una de las armas de fuego que se destinen a dicha actividad, deberán poseer su respectiva licencia. Para tales efectos, la o las licencias de armas de fuego podrán obtenerse mediante la presentación o cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 29, numeral I de la Ley o artículo 29 del Reglamento.

En el caso de las licencias de uso privado para cacería, debe adicionalmente acreditar una autorización o permiso extendido por el Ministerio del Ambiente y Recursos Naturales.

Article 50. Licence for Hunting and Sports Shooting Firearms

In addition to the commercial licence referred to the previous Article, each of the firearms intended for such activity must possess its own respective licence. For such purposes, the firearm licence(s) may be obtained through presentation or compliance with requirements established in Article 29, paragraph 1 of the Act or Article 29 of the Regulation.

In the case of licences for private use for hunting, the applicant must also provide an authorisation or permit issued by the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources.
