Articulo 31. Requisitos Generales para Obtener Licencia Comercial
Toda persona que aspire a obtener una licencia comercial o empresarial, deberá solicitarlo por escrito y cumplir con los requisitos particulares y generales a que hace referencia el artículo 291 de la Ley, siguientes:
- Comprar y llenar el formulario policial. Este formulario se puede obtener en las oficinas centrales de la DAEM y en las delegaciones departamentales y distritales de la Policía Nacional.
- Copia de la cédula de identidad ciudadana del solicitante.
- Si es persona jurídica, presentar copia certificada de la escritura constitutiva y estatutos registrados, certificación de los integrantes actuales de la sociedad y registro de comerciante…

Article 31. General Requirements to Obtain a Dealer's Licence
Any individual wishing to obtain a dealer's licence must apply in written form and comply with the particular and general requirements referred to in Article 29,1 which are the following:
- Buy and complete the police application form. Such form can be obtained in the central offices of DAEM and in the National Police's departmental and district delegations.
