Portación: Es la acción de una persona natural o el efecto de ésta al portar un arma de fuego de uso civil en forma discreta y prudente, la cual está debidamente autorizada por la Autoridad de Aplicación de la Ley que regula la materia y no causa intimidación, daños o lesiones físicas o psicológicas a terceras personas.

Article 2. Basic Definitions

25. Carrying: Is the action of an individual to carry a firearm for civil use in a discreet and prudent manner without causing intimidation, damage or physical or psychological injury to third parties. This shall be duly authorised by the enforcement authority, under the Act which regulates the matter.
