2° Toute personne majeures d'acquérir ou de détenir plus de douze armes en violation de la limitation prévue à l'article 34;1

3° Toute personne âgée de plus de douze ans, sans remplir les conditions prévues à l'article 34, de détenir plus de trois armes de poing à percussion annulaire à un coup du 1° de la catégorie B;2

4° Toute personne d'acquérir ou de détenir plus de dix armes de poing à percussion annulaire à un coup en violation du quota fixé à l'article 34.

Article 166

[The following] is punishable by a fine for offences of the 4th class…

2° Any individual of legal age purchasing or possessing more than twelve firearms in violation of the limits provided for in Article 34;1

3° Any individual more than twelve years old possessing more than three single-shot rim-fire handguns of 1° of category B,2 without complying with requirements listed in Article 34;

4° Any individual purchasing or possessing more than ten single-shot rim-fire handguns in violation of the quota fixed in Article 34.
