Article 39
Les autorisations d'acquisition et de détention d'armes valent autorisation d'acquisition et de détention des munitions correspondantes pour les autorisations délivrées au titre:
1° De l'article 33:1 50 cartouches par arme;
Le recomplètement de ces stocks est soumis à autorisation dans les conditions énoncées à l'article 40;
2° Des articles 26,2 28 et 34:3 1 000 cartouches par arme.
Les détenteurs d'armes mentionnés à l'article 34 peuvent être autorisés à acquérir et détenir des munitions pour recompléter les quantités indiquées ci-dessus dans les conditions fixées à l'article 40.
Sont autorisés à acquérir et détenir, sans limitation des douilles ou des douilles amorcées, pour les calibres des armes qu'ils détiennent, les tireurs régulièrement licenciés auprès des associations sportives agréées pour la pratique du tir.
Les autorisations d'acquisition et de détention d'armes accordées aux entreprises mentionnées à l'article 26 valent autorisation d'acquisition et de détention des munitions correspondantes, inertes ou à blanc, dans la limite de 1 000 cartouches par arme.

Decree No. 2013-700 of 30 July 2013 on the Implementation of the Act No. 2012-304 of 6 March 2012 on the Establishment of a Modern, Simplified and Preventive Control of Weapons
Article 39
Authorisations to purchase and to possess firearms are considered as authorisations to purchase and to possess the corresponding ammunition for the authorisations issued under:
1° Article 331 above: 50 cartridges per firearm;
Re-loading of stockpiles is subject to an authorisation under the conditions referred to in Article 40;
2° Articles 26,2 28 and 34:3 1,000 cartridges per firearm.
Holders of firearms referred to in Article 34 above may be authorised to purchase and to possess ammunition in addition to the annual quantities set above under the conditions fixed in Article 40.
Shooters lawfully licensed by approved sports associations for shooting practice are authorised to purchase and to possess, without limitation, cartridges or primed cartridges, for the calibres of the firearms held.
Authorisations to purchase and to possess firearms granted to companies, mentioned in Article 26, are considered as authorisations to purchase and to possess the corresponding ammunition, inert or blank, within the limit of 1,000 cartridges per firearm.
