Est puni de la peine d'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 4e classe le fait pour toute personne de porter et transporter sans motif légitime un matériel de guerre, une arme, un élément d'arme ou des munitions du 2° de la catégorie D1 ou de ne pas observer les dispositions de sécurité prévues à l'article 121.2

Article 173

Any individual carrying or transporting without genuine reason weapons of war, a firearm, one of its components, or ammunition of 2° of category D,1 or who does not comply with security measures provided for in Article 121,2 is punishable with a fine for offences of the 4th class.
