Sont soumis au régime de transfert intracommunautaire mentionné au I de l'article L. 2335-17 du code de la défense:

1° Les armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments de la catégorie A11 et de la catégorie B;2

2° Les armes à feu, munitions et leurs éléments de la catégorie C3 et du 1° de la catégorie D.4

[The following] are subject to the regime on intra-community transfers, mentioned in I of Article L. 2335-17 of the Code of Defence:

1° Firearms, ammunition and their components of category A11 and of category B;2

2° Firearms, ammunition and their components of category C3 and of 1° of category D.4
