Article 8

Les armes, munitions et leurs éléments des catégories C1 et D2 ne peuvent être détenus par des mineurs que s'ils ont plus de seize ans, y sont autorisés par la personne exerçant l'autorité parentale, sauf si celle-ci est inscrite au fichier national des personnes interdites d'acquisition et de détention,3 4 et satisfont à la condition du 1° de l'article 7.5

Les armes, munitions et leurs éléments de catégories C et D ne peuvent être détenus par des mineurs que s'ils ont plus de douze ans, y sont autorisés par la personne exerçant l'autorité parentale, sauf si celle-ci est inscrite au fichier national des personnes interdites d'acquisition et de détention, et satisfont à la condition du 2° de l'article 7.

Les armes, munitions et leurs éléments des h et j du 2° de la catégorie D ne peuvent être détenus par des mineurs que s'ils ont plus de neuf ans, y sont autorisés par la personne exerçant l'autorité parentale, sauf si celle-ci est inscrite au fichier national des personnes interdites d'acquisition et de détention, et satisfont à la condition du 2° de l'article 7.

Article 8

Firearms, ammunition and their components of categories C1 and D2 may only be owned by minors who are older than sixteen years who satisfy the conditions of 1° of Article 75 [if they] are authorised to do so by the person exercising parental authority, unless this person is listed in the national register of persons prohibited from acquiring and possessing firearms.3 4

The firearms, ammunition and their components of categories C and D may only be owned by minors who are older than twelve years and who satisfy the conditions of 2° of Article 7 [if they] are authorised to do so by the person exercising parental authority, unless this person is listed in the national register of persons prohibited from acquiring and possessing firearms.

The firearms, ammunition and their components of h) and j) of 2° of category D may only be owned by minors who are older than nine years who satisfy the conditions of 2° of Article 7 [if they] are authorised to do so by the person exercising parental authority, unless this person is listed in the national register of persons prohibited from acquiring and possessing firearms.
