Article 138

Est soumise au régime de droit commun d'acquisition de la présente section l'acquisition:

1° Des armes, munitions et de leurs éléments de la catégorie B;1 des munitions expansives et de leurs projectiles définis à l'article R. 311-12 du code de la sécurité intérieure;

2° Des armes, munitions et de leurs éléments d'arme de la catégorie C3 et du 1° de la catégorie D.4

Article 138

The following are subject to common law on purchases, as defined in this section:

1° Firearms, ammunition and their components of category B;1 expanding ammunition and their projectiles, as defined in Article R. 311-12 of the Internal Security Code;

2° Firearms, ammunition and their components of category C3 and of 1° of category D.4
