Article 127

Les expéditions d'armes à feu et de leurs éléments des catégories mentionnées à l'article 1261 doivent être effectuées sans qu'aucune mention faisant apparaître la nature du contenu ne figure sur l'emballage extérieur.

En outre, toute arme à feu des catégories A2 et B3 doit faire l'objet de deux expéditions séparées:

1° D'une part, des armes proprement dites sur lesquelles a été prélevée l'une des pièces de sécurité mentionnées au a de l'article 89;4
2° D'autre part, des pièces de sécurité prélevées, qui doivent être acheminées séparément, à vingt-quatre heures d'intervalle au moins.

Ces dispositions ne sont pas applicables aux expéditions d'armes sous scellés judiciaires.

Article 127

Shipments of firearms and their components of categories referred to in Article 126,1 must be carried out with no mention of the nature of the content appearing on the outer packaging.

Furthermore, any firearm of categories A2 and B3 must be subject to two different consignments:

1° On one hand, firearms themselves, from which have been removed one of the safety parts mentioned in a of Article 89;4

2° On the other hand, the removed safety parts, which must be transported separately, with at least twenty-four hours interval.

These measures are not applicable to shipments of firearms under court seal.
