Article 75
I. La fabrication et le commerce des matériels, armes et munitions des catégories A1 et B2 sont soumis à autorisation.
II. L'autorisation ne peut être accordée:
a) Aux personnes qui font l'objet d'un régime de protection en application de l'article 440 du code civil, qui ont fait ou font l'objet d'une admission en soins psychiatriques en application de l'article 706-135 du code de procédure pénale, qui ont été ou sont hospitalisées sans leur consentement en raison de troubles mentaux en application des articles L. 3212-1 à L. 3213-11 du code de la santé publique et aux personnes dont l'état psychique est manifestement incompatible avec la détention d'une arme…
III. L'autorisation peut être refusée:
- lorsque le demandeur ou une personne appartenant aux organes de surveillance dans la société ou le groupement d'intérêt économique demandeur ou y exerçant une fonction d'administrateur, de gérance ou de direction a été condamné à une peine d'emprisonnement avec ou sans sursis supérieure à trois mois…
- lorsque sa délivrance est de nature à troubler l'ordre public ou à menacer les intérêts de l'Etat…

Article 75
I. The manufacture and commerce of materials, firearms and ammunition of categories A1 and B2 are subject to authorisation.
II. The authorisation may not be granted:
