Les entreprises de fabrication ou de commerce de matériels de guerre, d'armes, munitions ou de leurs éléments mentionnés au I de l'article L. 2332-11 du code de la défense ne peuvent fonctionner et l'activité de leurs intermédiaires ou agents de publicité ne peut s'exercer qu'après autorisation de l'Etat ou sous son contrôle.

Companies that manufacture or perform commerce in weapons of war, firearms, ammunition, or their components referred to in section I of Article L. 2332-11 of the Defence Code may only operate, and the activity of their intermediaries or marketing agents may only exercise, after authorisation from the State or under its control.
