- fondement juridique de l'interdiction (L. 312-71 et L. 312-112 du code de la sécurité intérieure)…
Les informations relatives à la personne interdite d'acquisition et de détention d'armes peuvent être conservées durant vingt ans à compter de la date de levée de l'interdiction.

Categories of personal data, recorded in the National File of Individuals Prohibited from Purchasing and Possessing Firearms, are the following…
- category or type of firearm and ammunition for which purchase and possession are prohibited;
- the date of prohibition to purchase and to possess;
- the date of lifting of the prohibition;
- the legal basis of the prohibition (L. 312-71 and L. 312-112 of the Internal Security Code)…
The information regarding the individual prohibited from purchasing and possessing firearms is kept for twenty years starting from the date of lifting of the prohibition.
