Articulo 76. Exposición para Comercialización

Las personas jurídicas dedicadas a la comercialización de armas de fuego, municiones y otros artefactos y materiales relacionados de uso civil podrán exponer al público hasta un total de treinta (30) armas de fuego, de los tipos y calibres permitidos por el presente Decreto Supremo y hasta un mil (1.000) cartuchos.

Las personas jurídicas dedicadas a la comercialización podrán almacenar las armas de fuego, municiones y otros artefactos y materiales relacionados de uso civil, únicamente en los lugares señalados en la Autorización de Funcionamiento, caso contrario se seguirán las acciones legales que corresponden.

Article 76. Exhibition for Trading Purposes

Legal persons dedicated to the commerce of firearms, ammunition and other related items and materials for civil use may show to the public up to a total of thirty (30) firearms of the types and calibres permitted by the current Supreme Decree and up to a thousand (1,000) cartridges.

Legal persons dedicated to the commerce [of the above items] may store firearms, ammunition and other related items and materials for civil use, only in sites specified in the Functioning Authorisation, or shall otherwise face legal actions contemplated in these cases.
