Articulo 73. Obligación de Reportar Información

El representante legal de las armerías de comercialización y de reparación y/o recarga de armas de fuego, municiones y otros artefactos y materiales relacionados de uso civil debe reportar por escrito y de forma inmediata al IITCUP para su registro en el REAFUC, entre otros, el cambio de domicilio, cambio de representante legal y cambios en su infraestructura, en un plazo máximo de tres (3) días hábiles.

Article 73. Obligation to Report Information

The legal representative of a gunshop [armoury] involved in the commerce, repair and/or reloading of firearms, ammunition and other related items and materials for civil use must immediately report, in written form, to IITCUP for their registration in REAFUC, amongst other things, any change in residence, change in legal representatives and/or changes to their infrastructure within three (3) working days.
