Articulo 61. Autorización de Compra

El IITCUP a través del REAFUC otorgara la Autorización de Compra en el territorio boliviano a toda persona que requiera comprar armas de fuego de uso civil, previa presentación de los siguientes requisitos:

1. Fotocopia de la Licencia de tenencia, portacion y uso de armas de fuego de uso civil…

La Autorización de Compra emitida tiene una validez de sesenta (60) días calendario para adquirir el arma. La obtención de la matrícula de propiedad del arma deberá iniciarse como máximo hasta en tres (3) días hábiles posteriores a la compra.

Article 61. Sales Authorisation

IITCUP, through REAFUC, grants a sales authorisation in the Bolivian territory to all individuals wishing to purchase firearms for civil use, upon presentation of the following requirements:

1. Copy of the Licence to possess, carry and use firearms for civil use…

The sales authorisation has a validity of sixty (60) days during which the firearm may be purchased. To register ownership of the firearm, the owner must initiate a request within three (3) working days after the sale.
