Articulo 44. Laboratorio de Pruebas

El Laboratorio de Pruebas dependiente del Ministerio de Defensa, es la instancia técnica autorizada para efectuar el control de calidad, realizar pruebas, verificaciones, marcaje y análisis químico de las armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros artefactos y materiales relacionados, para la emisión de certificaciones y/o informes, en el marco de sus atribuciones.

Article 44. Test Laboratory

The Test Laboratory, under the Ministry of Defence, is the technical facility authorised to carry out quality control, tests, verifications, marking and chemical analysis of firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related items and materials, for the issuance of certificates and/or reports, within the framework of its powers.
