Articulo 20. Requisitos

Para la obtención de la autorización de importación, exportación, transporte internacional y tránsito internacional, deberá presentarse ante el Ministerio de Defensa, los siguientes requisitos:

l. Solicitud dirigida a la Ministra o Ministro de Defensa, que consigne la siguiente información:

a) Nombre y generales de ley del representante-legal;
b) Descripción y cantidad a ser importada, exportada, transportada y en tránsito internacional;
e) Identificación del proveedor, cuando corresponda;
d) Identificación de la Aduana de ingreso, salida y destino, cuando corresponda;
e) Destinatario y destino final de la mercancía, cuando corresponda;
f) Ubicación y descripción del depósito donde se almacenará el producto a ser importado…

Supreme Decree No. 2175, Regulation of the Act No. 400 on the Control of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and other Related Materials

Article 20. Requirements

In order to obtain an authorisation to import, export or carry out international transport and transit, the applicant shall provide the Ministry of Defence with the following requirements:

1. Application submitted to the Minister of Defence, providing the following information:

a) Name and general data of the legal representative;
b) Description and quantity of goods to be imported, exported, transported and in international transit;
c) Identification of the supplier, when applicable;
d) Identification of the Customs port of entry, exit and destination, when applicable;
e) Receiver and final destination of goods, when applicable;
f) Location and description of the depot where the product to be imported shall be stored…
