Los Permisos de Transporte de armas para uso deportivo y de caza en ningún caso constituirán autorización para portar el arma. Estas deberán ser trasladadas al lugar en que se realiza la actividad deportiva o de caza descargadas y en sus respectivas cajas, estuches o fundas.

Article 147. Permits for the Transport of Firearms for Sports or Hunting Purposes

Permits for the transport of firearms for sports and hunting purposes shall never amount to an actual authorisation to carry firearms. These [firearms] must be transferred [only] to places where the sporting or hunting activities are taking place, unloaded and in their respective cases or bags.
