Artículo 61. Recarga de municiones

El titular de un certificado de tenencia o de una licencia de porte de arma de fuego podrá solicitar el registro y autorización para la tenencia de una máquina de recarga de sus municiones, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en esta Ley para la licencia de porte de arma de fuego.

Solo se autorizará la tenencia de máquina cuyos adaptadores y accesorios sean aplicables únicamente a la recarga de calibre o calibres de las armas registradas a nombre del interesado.

Artículo 62. Prohibiciones

Se prohíbe a las personas naturales traspasar o comercializar con las municiones que sean recargadas.

Se prohíbe cambiar las características balísticas usuales de las municiones…

Article 61. Reloading Ammunition

The owner of a possession certificate or of a licence to carry firearms may request the registration and authorisation for the possession of a reloading machine for their ammunition, provided that they first comply with the requirements set by this Act for a licence to carry firearms.

Only machines whose adapters and accessories are designed for the reloading of the calibre or calibres of firearms registered under the name of the interested party, are authorised for possession.

Article 62. Prohibitions

Individuals are prohibited from transferring or selling reloaded ammunition.
