Artículo 34. Obligaciones del vendedor

La factura de compra de las municiones deberá contener el nombre del comprador, el número de cédula y el número de certificado de tenencia y/o licencia para portar armas de fuego y un sitio para que el comprador, con su firma, acuse recibo de la entrega de las municiones. El vendedor estampará el sello del establecimiento comercial en cada caja de municiones, así como la fecha de venta siempre que el embalaje lo permita. Dentro de los primeros cinco días hábiles de cada mes deberá remitir a la DIASP el informe del que trata el artículo 28.

En el momento de la entrega del arma de fuego, el vendedor deberá indicar al comprador la forma de desarmarla para los fines de limpieza y mantenimiento eficiente de acuerdo con sus características técnicas.

Article 34. Obligations of the Seller

The ammunition purchase receipt shall contain the name of the purchaser, the identity card number, and the number of the certificate of possession and/or the licence to carry firearms and a place where the purchaser, with their signature, acknowledges receipt of the delivery of the ammunition. The seller shall affix the seal of the commercial establishment on each box of ammunition, as well as the date of sale, provided that the package allows this. Within the first five business days of each month, [the seller] must submit to DIASP the report referred to in Article 28.

At the time of delivery of the firearm, the seller must specify to the purchaser how to disassemble [the firearm] for cleaning and efficient maintenance purposes, in accordance to its technical characteristics.
