Artículo 48. Autorización de Compra

Previamente a cada convención, las personas naturales o jurídicas, cumpliendo con los requisitos dispuestos para cada actuación, solicitarán a la Autoridad Fiscalizadora, la autorización para realizarla, otorgando ésta, una "Autorización de Compra" que caducará dentro del plazo de 10 días corridos, a contar de la fecha de su recepción por el interesado.

Article 48. Sales Authorisation

Prior to any transfer, the individual or legal person shall comply with requirements established for any transaction and shall request authorisation to carry out such transaction from the Control Authority. The latter shall issue a "Sales Authorisation" which shall expire within 10 calendar days starting from the date it is received by the individual concerned.
