Ninguna persona natural o jurídica podrá vender, comprar, enajenar, adquirir, dar o recibir en arrendamiento, préstamo, prenda, depósito o celebrar cualquier otra convención sobre las especies sometidas a control, sin haber obtenido con anterioridad, los permisos a que se refiere el presente capítulo.

Article 47. Permits for Internal Trade

No individual or legal person may sell, purchase, transfer, buy, give or receive as a rent, loan, token, deposit or carry out any other activity on products subject to control without having previously obtained permits referred to in the present chapter.
