Artículo 9A. Sanciones con Presidio Menor
Será sancionado con la pena de presidio menor en su grado mínimo, el que, a sabiendas:
1. No siendo poseedor, tenedor o portador de un arma de fuego inscrita, adquiriere las municiones o cartuchos a que se refiere la letra c) del artículo 2º.
2. Siendo poseedor, tenedor o portador de un arma de fuego inscrita, adquiriere municiones o cartuchos que no correspondan al calibre de ésta.
3. Vendiere municiones o cartuchos sin contar con la autorización respectiva.
4. Estando autorizado para vender municiones o cartuchos, omitiere registrar la venta con la individualización completa del comprador y del arma respectiva.

Article 9A. Penalties of Ordinary Imprisonment
The following individuals shall be punished with ordinary imprisonment of minimum degree:
1. Those who, without being owners, bearers or carriers of a registered firearm, purchase ammunition or cartridges referred to in paragraph c) of article 2.
2. Those who, being owners, bearers or carriers of a registered firearm, purchase ammunition or cartridges which do not correspond to the calibre of the firearm;
3. Those who sell ammunition or cartridges without corresponding authorisation;
4. Those who, albeit authorised to sell ammunition or cartridges, omit to register the sale and the identity of the buyer.
