Destrucción de armas de fuego

Artículo 7 (Destrucción) - Transcurridos seis meses de recibidas las armas de fuego, accesorios, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados que fueran incautados, decomisados o entregados voluntariamente, serán destruidos.

Aquellos efectos mencionados en el inciso precedente que fueran objeto de procedimientos administrativos o jurisdiccionales, no serán destruidos mientras dichos procedimientos se hallaren en trámite.

Destruction of Firearms

Article 7 (Destruction) - Seized, confiscated or voluntarily surrendered firearms, accessories, ammunition, explosives and other related materials that have been held for six months shall be destroyed.

The destruction of the aforementioned items shall not take place if subject to pending administrative or judicial proceedings.
