I. Objeto:

Establecer mecanismos que permitan aplicar las disposiciones vigentes sobre Préstamo de Armas de Fuego.

IV. Texto:

1 - Está autorizado el préstamo de armas de fuego, si en forma previa al préstamo interviene el Servicio de Material y Armamento emitiendo una Guía de Préstamo. A los efectos de esta regulación, se entenderá por propietario al titular registral del arma de fuego y por prestatario a quien recibe en préstamo al arma.

Loan Permit

I. Objective:

Establish mechanisms allowing the implementation of existing provisions regarding the loaning of firearms.

IV. Text:

1 - The loaning of firearms is authorised, if the Material and Weapons Service has issued a Loan Permit prior to the transfer. For purposes of this regulation, the owner means the registered owner of the firearm and the borrower shall be the person receiving the firearm.
